Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a Business Management Intern at Enterprise, you're essentially training to become a future manager. Your day-to-day involves a mix of customer service, sales, marketing, and operations. You’ll be interacting with customers, managing vehicle inventory, handling paperwork, and learning about profit and loss. You’ll also assist with local marketing efforts to grow the business and ensure customer satisfaction.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes as we would have to deal with customers face to face aswell as deal with other businesses and control in different aspects of the business

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
As a Business Management Intern at Enterprise, I've significantly enhanced my customer service skills through daily interactions, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction. My sales techniques have sharpened by actively promoting services and managing accounts. I've also developed stronger problem-solving abilities by handling operational challenges and optimizing processes. These experiences have broadened my understanding of business management and improved my confidence in a professional setting, contributing to my overall career readiness.
