Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Learning to sell products, provide excellent customer service, understand complex problem solving, learning how to be operationally efficient, networking with other businesses to find mutually beneficial outcomes. Most importantly, Enterprise look after their employees and ensure a safe work environment throughout the year
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes i have been given the responsible of various key roles within the business, managing claims, assigning vehicles to customers, resolving customer issues. This has helped build confidence for future situations that may arise in any job role

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed sales techniques, building confidence to sell any product put in front of me. I have also developed communication skills, effectively resolving complaints and providing excellent customer service. I have also been taught how to efficiently operate a business and become a key decision maker
