Working with Enterprise means you work in a fast paced environment everyday, with problem solving and customer service being at the forefront of every transaction. Another massive part of the job is sales, with high targets and expectations. The company has extra protections that need to be offered to every customer. There is a lot of driving involved in your day to day life as an intern, you are out on the road collecting and delivering cars

While being an Intern you are given some responsibility. Every member of staff is given an area of the business to focus on make sure that the branch is performing well in that area.
Also you are assigned corporate accounts that you have to look after and ensure everything is fine

Over my year at enterprise, I have learnt how to have difficult conversations as working within this industry a lot can change quickly.
Aswell I have learnt how to manage corporate accounts. As an intern you are assigned corporate accounts you have chance to meet with them and discus their financial situation
Finally, I have learnt time management. In this company things need to be done in a timely manner. Working under time pressure as well as being on time for work everyday

The talent development team are great you follow a training plan throughout the whole internship. You are on a constant rolling of development and being checked of development and knowledge. There is a final test you can complete

The atmosphere at Enterprise is mostly inviting due to the young people in the business. You can make a lot of new friends and have friends

I did enjoy it, it’s difficult to begin with adjusting to the fast paced and intense environment but overall it is worth doing for the experience

No
