Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There were various focus on sessions and workshops as well as socials. We sat with a supervisor and a buddy in each practice area where we given work and followed in with meetings.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
In every focus on sessions on the practice areas, we were able to talk about and ask questions on business development. We could also arrange coffee chats to find out more about the firm as a business.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone in the firm were very friendly and happy to have a chat and answer any questions. They were willing to give the time to, even if they were busy. There was also a good social culture with firm-wide and team-specific organised socials.

To attend any open day, talks or online webinars hosted by the firm to hear from the people directly! Do research on the firm and find aspects of the firm that draws them to you - i.e. their strong commitment to the client, their AI focus, etc.
