A lot of responsibility is given during this role, you are treated like a permanent member of staff and they are fully transparent with everything and allow you to handle things without guidance if you are able to

A lot of support is given throughout the placement for training and development and will be given when you ask for it as well, a lot of training sessions at every stage of your development without overwhelming you

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company culture is very American, everyone is expected to get very involved in and out of work. Can feel a bit too much at times but all in all is very nice as you feel like you're apart of a family at work

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I had my ups and downs, really enjoyed my first few months, there are some really low lows but in the end it is so worth getting through it as it's an all round experience and really shows you the way real life jobs work
