Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Communicating with customers in person and over the phone to take payment, extensions make reservations, and any queries they may have. Inspecting cars to ensure they are up to standards and cleaned in a timely manner. Dealing with closures of hires with retail and corporate customers to ensure invoices are sent in a timely manner and there is full visibility and no confusion with all rentals.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Initially no but as you get more comfortable in toy role you are given captaincies. Which increased in importance to me through out the months.

Customer service is massively developed as it is a core value for Enterprise.
Professionalism in the way I communicate with people in person and through emails and being able to explain things in a simplistic way especially to first time renters.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Great, I felt very comfortable and at home with the people in branch. When visiting other branches or doing training with other areas there was no uncomfortableness or feeling like i couldn't ask questions.
