Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My day-to-day roles in the job consisted of handling phone calls from customers on their queries regarding their rentals and reservations, I meet and serve customers at our branch and at Bodyshop's and Dealerships around Wexford. There are different types of deals I would do with customers such as Insurance, Retail and Breakdown. I check for damage that may be on the cars and do a detailed check around the car and also note the mileage and fuel level onto the Launchpad. I also drop our Fleet deal cars to their locations around Wexford. I do all of these while upholding excellent customer service standards. My hours week to week consisted of 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
