Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day I am involved in a lot of customer facing service, sales, delegation and time management as well as driving. Always jobs to do never bored and always learning new skills and aspects of the business.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given exactly the same responsibility as every other colleague in the branch which I loved. I wasn’t seen or treated as an intern and was given as much training and responsibility as I needed in all areas. Being given this responsibility allowed me to perform to the highest standard as I felt I had as much opportunity to impact the business as everyone else.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have learnt multiple new skills and made so much improvement on skills I brought to the role. Sales, marketing and management being a completely new skill that I have loved and customer service being something I already had that has improved very much.

Throughout my placement I have had the most supportive team around me with people from all areas of the business in high up roles happy to help at all times. From the minute I was hired I was looked after by the friendliest colleagues and have loved everyone I have had the pleasure of working with.

The company has such a positive atmosphere with everyone wanting to help you succeed as much as possible. There is always support available and the company will always recognise and reward successes and hard work.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I have loved my placement with Enterprise Mobility and am delighted to have been offered a part time contact to stay with the company whilst I finish my final year at university. I have met the most amazing people throughout the year and have gained skills I will take with me throughout my entire career. This is something I would recommend to anyone

What advice would you give to others applying to Enterprise Mobility
Be yourself, be confident and don’t be afraid to ask questions. Everyone in the company wants the best for you. You need to be happy to be customer facing and to always meet new people. Apart from anything let yourself have fun and take every opportunity that comes to you.
