Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
At enterprise you can learn all aspects of the business like customer service, sales, marketing operations and the financial side of owning a business. Day to day you will be selling and providing a good service to customers, driving to and from collections and deliveries and serving corporate clients. There are also opportunities to show off your presenting skills in training and if you do the placement year you can compete for intern of the year to win a cash prize.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
You are given a lot of responsibility if you ask for it. You can manage your own team to gain good experience in leading and management. Whilst you do get a lot of responsibly you also are supported through out and you colleagues will help you.

At enterprise the training and support is the same you would have if you were doing the graduate scheme the support is good but it is the same as everyone else within the company.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The people you work with will be the highlight of your placement. Everyone is so nice and you form good and meaningful friendships with your colleagues. There a work and area nights out which are a lot of fun and good for networking!

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I did enjoy my placement for the most part. It is definitely hard work and if you haven’t worked full time before it will be a shock. You gain so much confidence in yourself and this placement will show you how hard you can actually work.
