Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Management training program, customer facing role involving sales, service, training around financial statements, experience within different brand extensions of Enterprise. Fast paced environment, with problem solving, resolving customer issues. Liasing with the different parts of Enterprises flagship customers, such as corporate, retail and insurance.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, you are given plenty of autonomy when allocated your captaincy roles, such as fleet health, service captain, ICON captian (in charge of all insurance customers/bookings).
As well as being given freedom further down the line to be the day runner, running daily operations in the branch.
