Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
The role of an intern in Enterprise Mobility is no different to the role you will have as a graduate trainee, which makes this a much rewarding role to work in. Great customer service, and working with people is a must in this role, as you will be working on making the customers experience the best as possible. As you get stuck into the role, you are given important tasks which you have to complete or delegate, and given areas of the business to manage as a captain ensuring processes are done well. The best aspect of the role, is not being treated different to the graduate manager trainees, and having the same responsibility, and end goal. Through out the internship, you are having to complete training stages, which at the end after completing the final stage, this allows you to return after university as an Assistant manager. This internship has great competitive pay (especially for an internship), has great future and present opportunities, and a supportive environment to work in.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
You were given many responsibilities during the placement, where towards the end you were given the chance to run the day/front. You were also given captaincy roles to take charge of, ensuring the team were doing these correctly. Throughout the year, you are given as much responsibility as everyone else who is not on an internship is given, and if you make mistakes they are yours to own up to and rectify.
