Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Day to day involves serving customers, picking them up and offering sales. Aswelll as learning vital captaincy's such as growth, risk and vr.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes plenty of responsibility when the time permitted. I have recently been able to run counter and act as an assistant manager which has been a great opportunity for development.

I have learnt and developed many skills throughout my first year. Such as confidence, interacting with customers and staff from other branches which has also increased my network.

Plenty of support from staff, in and out of the branch. My area mangers have always been been very supportive and a vital part of my development.
