MY ROLE AS AN INTERN ENTAILS DAY TO DAY ACTIVITES OF AUDITING CUSTOMER REVIEWS AND LEARNING FROM EXPERIENCES, DRIVING SALES, OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF THE FLEET AND INCREASING UTILISATION AND GROWTH. FLEET HEALTH AND RISK MANAGEMENT. DRIVING CARS FOR DELIVERIES AND COLLECTIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE FRONT LINE FOR CHECK INS AND RETURNS, CLEANING CARS.

RESPONSIBILITY WAS DEPENDENT ON THE BRANCH NEEDS OF THE BUSINESS, RESPONSIBILITY WAS GIVEN IN CASES WHERE IT WAS NEEDED OTHERWISE MOST WORK WAS DELEGATED AND DID NOT INVOLVE LOTS OF RESPONSIBILITY

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
MASSIVELY PROMOTE FROM WITHIN CULTURE, VERY HARDWORKING ATMOSPHERE, THE JOBS NOT DONE UNTIL ITS DONE THE ATMOSPHERE CAN PLUMMET WHEN WE HAVE TO WORK LATE WITH SOME SHIFTS FINISHING AT 10:00PM AND BEING EXPECTED TO BE BACK IN FOR 7:45AM THE NEXT DAY, BUT THE STAFF DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO KEEP MORALE POSITIVE

I BELIEVE FOR THE MAJORITY OF PEOPLE IT IS NOT A CAREER PATH I WOULD RECCOMEND I DONT THINK THE WORK LIFE BALANCE IS GOOD FOR PERSONAL HEALTH. IT DOES HAVE A LOT OF OPPORTUNITIES AND IF YOU WORK HARD YOU WILL BE REWARDED, BUT AT THE BOTTOM LEVEL THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR WELLBEING
