Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
In my day to day job I help assist customers, deal with issues that they may come across, support our corporate accounts, do local marketing and get insurance customers up and running when they are without a vehicle.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, you are treated the exact same as anyone else who would be entering the business so you have a lot of responsibility.

Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
Customer service, delegation and time management are the skills that I have learned the most as well as team work and problem solving. The day to day running of the business is very fast paced and is always changing so being adaptable is key.

There is always guidance available , the branch managers and assistance managers and anyone who you work with are always happy to help because they have all been in the same position.

busy, everything is always busy here and there is always targets to hit which I liked. The training any development always gives you something to do as well which is good.

I would say that Enterprise is a fast paced environment so being adaptable to change is the main skill you'll need. Take every chance to ask questions and learn because the people here do want you to do well.
