Support and Guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?
I received strong support and guidance during my internship, particularly in learning branch operations, customer service, and leadership skills. That said, the level and style of support can vary depending on the branch and management team. Some managers are very hands-on with regular coaching and feedback, while others encourage more independence and learning through experience. I found that adapting to different leadership styles helped me become more flexible, self-sufficient, and confident in taking initiative.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I have gained a lot of experience from this internship which I believe will stand to me in the long run, career wise. I have learnt so much and have grown as a person. The networking opportunities at Enterprise are especially strong as they are widely encouraged. One challenge I encountered during the internship was the work-life balance. While I understand that the industry can be dynamic, I feel that a better balance between work and personal time would help in maintaining long-term productivity and employee well-being. That said, I believe this is a very valuable placement.
