Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
My role included assisting with the European team calendar of events, onsite management of high level events, organising and packaging merchandise for events, identifying and implementing best practises for efficient event planning. I was responsible for managing and executing over 45 events.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, as mentioned I was given 45 events of my own to plan, manage and execute during my placement year. I was also responsible for all merchandise and banners that were used during events.

My manager was very supportive during my placement year. We had regular 1 to 1 catch ups and she supported me with extra-curricular activities and task that were outside of my job role.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Enterprise's company culture is very welcoming and supportive, I felt very looked after at the company and everyone had a positive attitude towards working and each other. The brands values are very strong are there is a lot of community support throughout.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
My placement was very valuable to my career and my future. I have benefitted so much from my experience and I cannot recommend a placement year enough! I have met so many amazing people within the company and externally including event professionals and companies. This opportunity had developed my Event Management skills and helped me to grow as a person.
