Producing intra-market analysis and reports for my teams, troubleshooting current operations and highlighting opportunity for revenue generation.
Producing executive level analysis for the directors of Revenue Management, which has included analysis for the COO.
Managing markets, which includes implementing pricing changes in line with market strategies.
Coding and Report Maintenance, this includes work with SQL, Excel Macros, and VBA.
Presentation building, creating presentation works for managers, directors and even the COO.
Committee work, working with teams to develop and maintain our software, systems and data collection processes.
Charity work, assist running all Compass Committee's on campus and get involved in charitable events such as Children in Need.

From the outset of my placement, I was entrusted with significant responsibilities. As time went on, these responsibilities increased, fostering both my personal and professional growth. This high level of responsibility made me feel valued and provided opportunities to showcase my potential to colleagues across the business.

From the start, I was paired with a personal coach who guided my personal and professional development. The environment is incredibly welcoming, with everyone eager to help and support my growth. Along with other interns, I received intra-departmental training courses in our first month. Additionally, we had monthly training sessions on various topics that benefited us during our placement and beyond.

The environment is very welcoming and friendly. You get exposure to colleagues at all levels of seniority and are treated as an equal. The teams are sociable and passionate about their work, making it easy to form professional connections and friendships across the business.

I highly recommend this experience. The opportunities for development, gaining valuable experience, and exposure to a corporate environment are exceptional. The team events and exciting projects, along with the chance to learn new skills, are fantastic. Additionally, the opportunity to build friendships with other interns and colleagues has made the experience rewarding both socially and professionally.
