▶️ Determining Liability: Conduct thorough analysis of liability in road traffic accident claims, ensuring accurate fault assessment.
▶️ Evidence Acquisition: Proactively collect and compile substantial evidence, such as images, videos, witness statements, and customer reports to disprove third-party liability claims.
▶️ Stakeholder Communication: Ensure smooth file progression and prompt resolution by communicating with clients, insurance companies, and solicitors in an effective manner.
▶️ Payment Processing and Recovery: Manage payment disbursements and diligently pursue underpayments from third-party insurers, ensuring accurate and complete financial settlements.
▶️ Settlement Negotiation: Strategically negotiate settlement offers in Hire-type disputes, addressing third-party disputes to achieve favourable outcomes for both sides.
