Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My daily tasks involve coresponding with renters and solictors to repsond to queries and disputes.
Ensuring that we provide the best possible customer service and attention to detail when reviewing claims.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

As my internship progressed I was given more responsblities to reflect my role changes. I ave given authority to approve legal documents and negotiation with third parties.

I recieved lots of support from my team memebers throughout my internship. We were also given lots of opportunities for personal and professional development
