Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I participated in JPMorgan's Spring Week in London where I was able to develop a better understanding of all the lines of business that JPMorgan has. The program also involved varios evening activities and networking events to get to know the professionals within those business lines
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Yes, the program made a thorough overview of all business lines within JPMorgan through numerous sessions during an entire week. Each day we saw different business lines and interacted with professionals within those. Recruiters also explained the application process and further steps..

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
JPMorgan's culture is not like anything I've seen before. The breadth and depth of their presence in different business lines and geographies together with +200 years of history make the company the largest in the street (4T assets and largest marketcap), but all their professionals share and demonstrate the values of the firm. Every panelist has made a reference to their culture and how the BEST assets of the company is its people.
