What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was very insightful! We were able to speak to analysts on different programs and in different teams to gain a further insight of the day to day roles.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

It was great - extremely diverse and inclusive. There are lots of BRGs and social groups available, as well as general development opportunities available side of desk. Atmosphere was extremely supportive and very welcoming.
