Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Hearing from speakers from different backgrounds who have progressed through the firm. Working with Bournemouth food banks to create supplies for children who are underprivileged. Learning about sectors and programmes have access to and the route to being successful. Creating presentations to present to analysts.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very interesting! To hear from people who have worked in the role for many years was very interesting, and no many people get to hear directly from them and their perspective. I have a clear understanding of where I would like to take my future with JP Morgan.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very inclusive and friendly. I have felt like I belong here and have only been here a week. Connecting with people has been amazing and learning about how sustainability is being encouraged around the bournemouth campus is incredible.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
Very enjoyed it. I am sad it is ending. It has solidified my decision in Finance. I would love to continue my journey with JP Morgan.
