Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The scheme was really enjoyable, day-to-day activities included practice area presentations, pro bono and client workshops, tasks for trainees such as drafting and research and a group presentation, as well as meetings with people across the firm.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The scheme was really good to understand how law firms operate as a business and source their clients.

As a non-law student, the scheme was a really good opportunity for me to develop my legal research skills, learn technical information around the structure of transactions, and learn key terminology lawyers use on a day to day basis.

The culture in the firm is fantastic, everyone from trainee solicitors to senior partners are incredibly approachable and always willing to talk to provide any help.
