Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

The program consisted of panels, workshops and lectures focused on specific divisions such as IBD, S&T, Risk Management, Corporate Functions, Global Corporate Banking, Payments, and Securities Services. We also had networking sessions with a wide variety of different people across different divisions

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

I really liked the idea of being able to learn about all the different divisions. It gave me a very holistic overview of how the bank makes money and how all the divisions are connected. All the speakers were very clear at communicating and made the sessions interactive which was really enjoyable.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Very supportive, and open. I felt that I could speak to anyone at any level and have a very good conversation. I was able to hear a lot of insights from different levels which helped me inform my decision of the business lines I want to pursue.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I found it really eye-opening! I was able to learn a lot about the different divisions of a bank in an interactive manner, and I was able to meet a variety of people including both students and employees.
