Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
There would be interactive, structured sessions to introduce someone to an area of the firm, such as pro bono.
You also had free time in "department", which you could use to throw yourself at any live work going on, or you could use this time to meet people.
Socials would occur in the evening - we went to Puttshack, and also had a couple of evenings to have a drink with people.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
Organisation, time management, communication and resilience skills were enhanced in this professional environment.
But more important in terms of learning new things were the first-hand experiences of the firm you got by being immersed in the firm. You can't get this valuable experience any other way.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Supportive, collaborative and high-achieving. What stood out most to me in terms of culture (aside from everyone being extremely friendly) was how approachable and invested the seniors are in the progression of juniors.
