Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Trainee consultant (summer intern) - to learn about consulting practices and the industry, as well as develop both soft and practice-specific skills, through direct experience and active engagement.
Day to day:
Attend individual and team meetings
Produce slide packs for various client engagements
Undertake specific tasks for both project and internal initiatives

When work was assigned it was enjoyable, however the irregularity of this was frustrating at times. The people make the experience and look to provide opportunities for you to achieve self-set targets.
