Being able to build relationships with customers and helping them with their queries. Doing administrative tasks independently. Being able to coach, help and mentor new employees whenever they need help.

Indeed, I was given opportunities to take control over certain aspects of the business in a rotation alongside my colleagues. This enhanced my leadership skills.

I mainly developed on my communication skills where I learned to tackle my shyness. I was also in put in situations where I used my initiative skills to do critical thinking and future develop on my pre existing skills. I have learnt more about leadership as you are trained by your managers to learn how to run the day independently.

I had a lot of support from the general HR team who helped me a lot throughout my internship but moreover I had THE BEST managers who were always understanding and patient with me and always provided with a lot of support and guidance on a day to day basis.

It was extremely fun and enjoyable to be working alongside people who were relatively close to my age. They provided me with a lot of knowledge and insight into enterprise and meant I had more things to communicate with them. It was also one of the friendliest places to work at.

I super enjoyed my internship mainly because of my managers and colleagues. They were extremely supportive, friendly and funny. I also had the opportunity of learning leadership skills where I could transfer in any future roles that I am interested in.
