The Management Trainee Internship is designed to provide a comprehensive learning experience in the car rental industry. As an intern, you gain valuable insights into the business operations, learn about customer service, sales, marketing, and management, and develop your professional skills through hands-on training and mentorship.

I had to earn responsibilities,I proved my worth and passion through extra work hours and outside learning, which eventually made me more knowledgeable about the job

Customer service - I’m more confident with body language and verbal skills
Sales and marketing - I can learn and improve a sales script and make it my own in order to reach the necessary goal

I got a fair amount of support in most situations,but moving between branches some managers expect you to know things that your previous manager might not have taught you

I enjoyed some aspects of it but not all of it,working for the company pointed me in the direction I want to take my career and that involves not dealing with customer service first hand

Be prepared to sacrifice most of your social life as you will have to invest a lot of hours into the company,it’s not for everyone but it’s a place where you can learn a fair amount of things especially when it comes to customer service and team leadership
