Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I would be in charge of managing the business rental day to day. Checking up on new bookings and giving feedback and improving the experience for the customers. Not only that I would go and visit corporate accounts and do some marketing and engagement to bring in new clients and businesses to the company. I was also in charge of risk, overseeing the whole fleet management and vehicle protection.

I have been given responsibility and independent time to work alone. I have been trained and helped throughout my whole career at enterprise.

I have become more confident and a people’s person. Gained valuable insight knowledge on the rental world and how a business operates. I have become more time efficient and taken control to diffuse conflicts at work.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere was very welcoming and everyone was friendly. If someone needs assistance the whole team is there to give support and assist you. Never a dull moment.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed the work place atmosphere. The colleagues and the incentives were amazing. From weekly competitions to bonuses and reward incentivised me to put extra effort in to make sure I win. It was honestly one of my key highlights.
