Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Depending on what duty you have been allocated, you will have to check for new bookings that have come across from the insurance companies and get in contact with the customer. Completely Close customers contracts after a return if they have been left pending.
Also delivering and collecting cars on time throughout the day.
As well as answering phone calls from customers who have any queries.
