The finance team were excellent and willing to explain anything i did not understand. I had enough space to individually problem solve but also enough support to get guidance.

extremely relaxed, even senior managers are very approachable. Great work-life balance, no overtime. Everyone is friendly and willing to help.

What advice would you give to others applying to Honda Motor Europe
Research the honda philosophy before applying as the corporate culture is built on this but apart from that its one of the easier application processes so just be friendly in interviews as it will go a long way!
