I was given loads of responsibilities during my time. I was responsible for extracting data for our daily kpi’s. Managing data and anything technical and digital within our department. Responsible for representing the department in senior meeting s and feeding back the info

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Received support and guidance from my manager throughout my time on placement where he would always check to see how I’m doing and if my work load is ok. We also had performance reviews every 3 months to make sure I’m hitting my targets

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture is not the best as in the plant company prefer to work against each other than together. People also do not hesitate to throw each other “under the bus”.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I really enjoyed working with my team and being in my office as the was a great working environment but when work needed to be down everyone was focused. This made me very happy to go to work everyday
