Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Reporting the efficiency of the plant each day and forecasting future week plans. Doing workshops to improve operations within the plant. Using CAD to propose new layouts. Completing audits to make sure operation are being done to standard.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I have been trusted with updating the daily and weekly reporting without having to ask for help. I am also one of the admins on mlean meaning it is my responsibly to make sure it is working for everyone. When my manager has been away, he has asked me to fill in for him.

Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills, or developed your existing skills?
I have developed my excel skills and am now able to use different formulas to retrieve data accurately. My confidence has greatly improved do to doing presentations in front of the management team. My CAD skills have improved and i am much quicker at drawing layouts. I have learnt how to use SAP to pull data.
