Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
As a management trainee there was a vast amount of experience to offer ranging across all departments. There was a lot of responsibility towards customer service and daily rental but it was important to get to grasps with other areas such as vehicle repairs, growth, replacement and risk. On a day to day basis it was important we looked after customers to make their experience is as enjoyable and efficient as it can be.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
A considerable amount of delegation allowed for the feeling of responsibility which motivated me a noticeable amount down to feeling like I have a purpose at work.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Allowed me to have a very enjoyable year from charity football matches to nights out. Very good social culture.
