Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Helped with the Talent Acquisition department with all needs related to recruitment e.g. events that take place on university campuses and at the office. Helped the CSR department with any queries and ad hoc projects that turn up.

I was given many responsibilities with projects to take lead on since the beginning of my placement.

Developed my excel skills and further developed my communication skills. An example of this is having the opportunity to speak publicly to large audiences of my experience on my Placement Year.

There was a lot of support given to me and alternative work requirements were arranged in some cases which meant it was very flexible for me.

The company culture and general atmosphere you get is that everyone enjoys working for the organisation. Many people have remained here for multiple years which suggests that they enjoy working and appreciate the company culture, which is a great for new hires to witness.

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I enjoyed my placement thoroughly and appreciate all of the projects I took part in. Some of the projects I took part in left a meaningful impact on the organisation which was great to be involved in.

Be your authentic self, the team and everyone at the company are very supportive and friendly so they look out for you. Do your best research on the organisation and have a friendly chat.
