I was given responsibility during my placement, my role within the team was vital as it assisted my team members everyday. All the work I did was always taken into account, acknowledged and credited by my team.

I already had a foundation of skills from previous job roles, but doing this placement really developed my listening, communicating and presenting skills to a different level. Having this development in a corporate field is a big bonus as it really helped me build my confidence as well.

I could not have asked for more support and guidance from my team and even the company as a whole. Everyone was willing to offer a helping hand where needed, whether it was work related or personal.

The company culture was amazing, They have their core values and genuinely stick to them, and they are always reminding us and reinforcing the values all the time where applicable, like in the town halls we have. The company culture influences the atmosphere because of their core values and mission, everyone is friendly and helpful, overall creating a positive atmosphere. Also being able to work around other interns added to the enjoyment and positive atmosphere.

i enjoyed my placement tot he fullest extent. For me it was a new adventure as I was moving out for the first time for this placement and it was definitely worth it. I feel like I had professional and personal growth in doing so. The people around me made it enjoyable as well. We had monthly cake days to celebrate birthdays, work anniversaries and achievements.
