Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
To begin with the responsibility was managed however when developing though the role this grows massively throughout the year and by the end you do anything that you want

Team work has been a huge part of development, working in a team which had to operate daily. Secondly problem solving which is a huge part of my daily role

Lots of guidance from both other employees and also managers helping me with any issues I have. This is something unexpected as higher manager really care
