During my placement/internship, support and guidance were available if needed or requested. However, if I didn't actively seek out assistance, it often felt like no one was checking on me. While I appreciated the autonomy and the opportunity to take initiative, there were times when more proactive support and feedback would have been beneficial. This environment encouraged independence, but it also meant that I had to be very proactive in seeking out the help and guidance I needed to succeed.

The company culture and general atmosphere at IBM were really great and supportive. From the beginning, I felt welcomed and valued as part of the team. The environment encouraged collaboration and innovation, with colleagues always willing to share their knowledge and assist when needed. This supportive atmosphere fostered both professional growth and a strong sense of camaraderie, making my experience at IBM extremely positive.

I really enjoyed my placement/internship as it provided me with some excellent opportunities to work on impactful projects. These projects allowed me to learn a lot and contribute significantly to the business's success. However, there were also some projects where I didn't learn as much or feel like I made a substantial impact. Despite this, the overall experience was positive and enriching, with valuable learning experiences and professional growth.
