Varies day to day. Balance sheet reviews, working with auditors, doing ONS surveys, profit and loss accounts.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Lots of responsibility. Being given the opportunity to work on important tasks that are useful to the team and feel comfortable doing so as I have lots of support always from the manager

Communication and analysis skills have improved hugely whilst working with an extensive team in the UK as well as a global network of colleagues I am in contact with regularly. As well as workshops and training I receive to enhance my analytical and professional skills

Lots of support. My training manager was always asking me what I wanted out of the placement helping me with my personal progression and skill progression.
