Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
There are interns, management trainees (graduates), assistant managers, branch managers and then area managers, and honestly from my experience I have been treated equally by all of them so far and been given the same amount of responsibility and eased into the workloads that a graduate student would have.
Along with that, you are allowed start your 4 training stages to becoming an assistant manager which is the exact same process that a graduate student would be going through in their own placement.
So if you are proactive enough in your own internship with enterprise, they supply you with the tools to become an assistant manager in the same time as a graduate would be given in their own placement which goes back to the unreal amount of responsibility each intern is provided with which aids or even accelerates their own career progression much quicker than most MNC's.
After 3 weeks as well, each intern is allowed to drive the likes of 241 BMW's and Audi's to customers along with collecting them from certain locations such as vehicle repair garages.
You are also trained up with serious sales skills that you are able to develop straight away with customers instead of just typically picking up coffee or doing office work the entire time and not interacting with actual customers. In this, you are eventually given the chances to start and finish the sales process with numerous customers from about 2 weeks into the program which you can then further develop on with reach customer understandably.
I am in an airport myself too, so it means that customers come in waves too which allows you to generally relax in-between flights sometimes where you have the chance to work on career progression avenues like the stages processes with your managers.
You are also heavily rewarded with each responsibility given which is very unique for an internship.

Company Culture
What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The manager did their utmost best to give us the holidays off that we wanted along with any other emergency or additional days of leave too. The hours as well were sometime long but the manager would definitely ensure that they were not for example an late shift with an early shift the next day.
