Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
At the beginning of the internship until training, including a consulting 1-to-1 workshop On a day-to-day basis, you were encouraged to network with all Accenture employees. Alongisde that you had a project in the group that we were all working towards to present at the end of the internship.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The best way to learn about the business, and the potential roles available was through networking, which was very much encouraged on a day-to-day basis. Accenture is a very large organisation with many roles available, through speaking with people that are in roles you are interested in is how you will get the best insight. As I was able to do this, this really helped my understanding.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture, and atmosphere is great. There is a high focus on DEI and sustainability through the daily practices which I very much valued. With such a heavy importance placed upon networking, people are very open to speak to you and support you during your journey. If you make the effort. There are many social groups for you to get involved in and find your place within the company.

I really enjoyed the insight. As an aspiring management consultant; It gave me a good understanding of what my future career could look like at Accenture. additionally, it was a well structured program with a diverse range of talent, taking part.
