Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight gave us the unique opportunity to attend daily presentations on all areas of business at J.P. Morgan, it also allowed us to ask relevant questions to expert employees and interact with each other through group activities .
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
The team was extremely helpful in understanding exactly what each role did, and following the insight program the process was extremely easy to follow in order to apply to potential roles.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
The insight program was extremely useful in developing my team working skills and helped me solidify my understanding of financial topics particularly in areas that are more difficult to grasp. It also allowed me to ask several questions about the behind the scenes of working at an Investment Bank and all of the valuable things that one could learn by working at J.P. Morgan.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
All of the employees mentioned the amazing culture at J.P. Morgan which was made evident by the involvement of a large array of people in making the insight program a wonderful experience. Everyone I spoke to made the atmosphere sound incredible and really stressed what an amazing company J.P. Morgan is.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thought the insight was the perfect length and allowed for various activities and networking opportunities that I found to be extremely useful. It was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to any student interested in a career in finance.

I would advise others to take the application very seriously and to not undermine any stage of the process. By treating every stage very seriously and preparing adequately, one may have the chance to advance in an admissions process at J.P. Morgan.
