Management Intern Review

During my time at Enterprise, I had been heavily involved in the day to day operations which involved serving customers, building relationships with bodyshops and vendors, learning various parts of the business such as marketing, accounting and Human Resources.
Also learning the necessities of being a manager and leading and managing your team as well in various parts of the business.

I was given a lot of responsibilities during my time at Enterprise as I had been given managerial duties which a significant impact on the operations of the branch I was working. Managing tasks throughout the day and delegating tasks to other employees from time to time

Leadership skills, I have heavily developed my interpersonal skills and my communication skills with fellow employees and management. Time management skills

I was given a lot of support from my management team, I was felt comfortable to voice my opinions or speak to anyone about anything private as they were all very understanding and compassionate

Very positive and encouraging atmosphere. Work culture was amazing as it was very supportive and everyone wants the best for each other and the company are very keen on upskilling and employee development.

I really enjoyed my placement and would highly recommend this placement for anyone looking for a 12 month/1 year Industrial Placement. I learned a lot of invaluable skills and had made great friendships for life and a lot of amazing experiences.
