Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes, time management regarding deliverables was at my discretion and it impacted the work I produced. I also had to manage my free time productively.

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

Regular training and everyone on the floor keen to answer questions. Did not receive enough individual feedback during the internship as opposed to interns in other teams. Difficult to get an indicator of how I have been doing.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Great culture, every interaction I have had on the floor has been positive and everyone has been willing to answer any questions. Specific team cultures were inclusive too.

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I enjoyed meeting and learning from new people, as well as developing my business and financial acumen.
It was a steep learning curve so I struggled with work initially but managed to improve towards the end.
