Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I was able to work with many different teams in Enterpise head office in London and Leeds including Pr, events, sales, talent development, talent acquisition, government affairs, recruitment and marketing

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I was given responsibility every week that challenged me but was also given huge amounts of guidance

How much support and guidance did you receive during your placement / internship?

I was given a huge amount of support everyone was lovely and I had a decs it’s contact each week as well as a constant enterprise contact through out the weeks

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

I loved the culture it was my favourite part of the organisation, everyone was so so kind and could not do enough for me. From the Senior managers to trainees everyone was genuinely lovely
