Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Day one is about introduction to banking and the culture of the company. Day two is about personal branding and networking sessions with employees in the company.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I think the insight day was full of excitement and it motivated me to pursuit a job in banking with better understanding of the jobs and the company in general. People I have talked to are inspiring and friendly.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
People, regardless of their job titles, are super approachable and friendly. They have great insights and experiences to share with us and I was really inspired and motivated by talking to them. And I think I gained a better understanding of their jobs and this has reassured me that I want to pursue a job in banking.
