Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

I work with a team of people and my manager acts as my mentor and teaches a lot about the work we do and what I am expected to do. I contribute a small part to a big team. My everyday role revolves around attending events, learning from my manager and developing code

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I am about half way through my internship now, and so far I have been given small tasks. However, each task increases in size and complexity

I received plenty of support from my team members and my manager. They always made time for me no matter how busy they were

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The work culture here is relaxed and there is a great emphasis on networking and forming relationships. It provides a comfortable environment for interns to build a solid foundation for their career
