Trainee Business Transformation Consultant Review

My role is contributing my skills towards project work for the majority of my time in the week, and involving in internal initiatives too.
Once a month, I go to the London office for a junior consulting training day, where we touch on many topics to help us with day to day skills and knowledge and lighter topics relevant in the current climate.

yes, I was given many responsibilities such as owning my own deliverable, communicating with the client on weekly progress updates, organising internal presentations.

Developed: Public Speaking, Client interaction, time management
New Skills: Mural, Sharpcloud, design work on decks

Alot, the support from the business and its team members was great. Asking many questions helped me guide and understand what was going on. but also team members in project work also showed and explained to me ways of doing things.
My objectives in project work were also met due to the project lead ensuring the work I was doing was helping me achieve it.

Very people orientated! many social events and team building lunches and working in the office days to build a rapport.
Hard working, dedicated atmosphere with friendly, easy to talk to team members.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement as it gave me a real insight of what my job role would be like and the industry I would be working in. I would certainly love to return after graduating to progress my career in the business as there is many opportunities to do so. Promotions are given when targets have been met.
