Job includes various different tasks including business management, revenue growth, fleet operations, customer service, growth.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I was responsible for my captaincy which there are a few of such as growth, control, service and sales also once you start to develop more you will start to run the day which involves delegating tasks to other team members and planning out the day ensuring cars are ready for customers on time to maintain good customer service so this role is very important

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Extremely friendly and fun work environment everyone is working towards a common goal and is working as a team everyone at enterprise from my experience has been really friendly and helpful if you ever have any question they are more than happy to help

Overall Experience

To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement I would highly recommend anyone to take a placemat year with enterprise you will gain invaluable experience and meet lifelong friends in a fun, interesting and exciting work environment, however the hours can be long sometimes.
