Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Working on multiple tasks throughout the day, gaining an insight into different agreements and documents. Learning new terminology and working alongside partners, associates and trainees. Multiple focus sessions on different practice areas were attended and social events were in place for vacation scheme students.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was insightful to see the different roles within the company and how each team member works together to help the client.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I have learnt significant amounts in regard to both the Real Estate & Construction practice areas. I have also learnt new terminology specific to law and also how to spot issues in contractual agreements and drafting. I learnt how to conduct myself professionally and work in a collaborative environment.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
All employees were extremely friendly and welcoming. People like to socialise and even eat and chat with you during lunch.
